During the final CERTITUDE meeting which was held in Paris on September, 24th 2014, the certification of persons professionals exchanged on the contributions of the approach of the CERTITUDE project, in the process of certification of individual skills.

All the stakeholders of a certification approach have taken the opportunity to share their opinion and had discussion around the following documents. The meeting involved Certification bodies, national accreditation body, certifying bodies and experienced tutors who were involved in the test phase.

This was an opportunity to discuss the strengths of the approach of a certification of competences by an approach line with a quality framework integrating the ISO17024 requirements, while respecting the European issues of the lifelong learning with respect of the European frameworkECVET (European Credit for Vocational Education and Training replaced with the EQF - European QualificationFramework).

Competence certification organisms have appreciated the interest of the presented approach. While certification of academic tutors remains for them economically weak linked to the volume of players concerned, but the openmindness of the certification of persons motivated them in contributing and the supporting of the actions of theEFCoCert Foundation.
