The philosophy was to train young people or “on the job” employees, with a strong commitment of companies and an innovative way to accompany the trainees through “academic tutoring”.

IRUPSince the beginning, IRUP is administered by high schools, and organizations representing the companies.

Later, IRUP kept on developing training activities in other fields like social economy, management, entrepreneurship, and industry.
Since 16 years, IRUP develops training and diplomas adapted to different publics: young people in the frame of initial training or employees in the frame of life-long learning.  Beyond the target and needs-adapted training scheme, the deep objective of the institute is to promote social evolution through training or validation of acquired skills.
All diplomas delivered by IRUP are recognized by the State, through a recording in the “Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles”.
